Mr. Grochowski (Ret US Army Major) – is the co-founder of Gordon Scott Consulting. His leadership experience includes: military outpatient clinics, hospital surgery departments and surgery centers. He has been in healthcare for over 24 years in several different capacities. His leadership style is based on military doctrine of leading by example and is results oriented.
